Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The item is damaged, defective, or not as described
You received the wrong item
The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
Note: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
Used or damaged items not caused by delivery
Items without original packaging or with missing parts
Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., trimmers, shavers, beauty tools)
Clearance, flash sale, or discounted items marked “Non-Returnable”
Digital products or gift cards
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for eligible items if you received:
A faulty product
An incorrect product (wrong size, color, or model)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to process an exchange.
Refund Process
If your return is approved for a refund:
Refunds will be processed via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Card, etc.) within 5–7 working days
For Cash on Delivery orders, we will arrange a bank transfer
You will receive a confirmation email or message once your refund is processed
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, etc.), Keepcart will bear the return shipping cost
If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind, the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer

Important Notes
Returns without prior communication will not be accepted
Keepcart reserves the right to deny returns if the item does not meet the return criteria
Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product
