Refund and Returns Policy

At Keepcart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Note: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging intact.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by delivery

  • Items without original packaging or with missing parts

  • Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., trimmers, shavers, beauty tools)

  • Clearance, flash sale, or discounted items marked “Non-Returnable”

  • Digital products or gift cards


Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for eligible items if you received:

  • A faulty product

  • An incorrect product (wrong size, color, or model)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to process an exchange.


Refund Process

If your return is approved for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Card, etc.) within 5–7 working days

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we will arrange a bank transfer

  • You will receive a confirmation email or message once your refund is processed


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, etc.), Keepcart will bear the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind, the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer


How to Request a Return

Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the item:

Provide your Order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or refund process.


Important Notes

  • Returns without prior communication will not be accepted

  • Keepcart reserves the right to deny returns if the item does not meet the return criteria

  • Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product
